Just Bee Comfort is confident you’ll love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes the pair just doesn’t fit! We offer exchanges/refunds under these conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days, unworn, and in original packaging (including the shoe box and lid).
• Full-priced items qualify for free return postage (once per order). For discounted items, a $10 postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
• We accept returns in Australia only.
• Items must be purchased directly from the Just Bee Comfort website (not from marketplaces or stockists).
• Footcare accessories are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
• Any postage costs paid during the original order are non-refundable.
• Refunds for online orders are processed by our online return team at the head office. In-store refunds are not available.
• Returns are only available within Australia.
• Exchanges are not available.
