You can easily & quickly request a return through your customer account portal.
OUR RETURN CONDITIONS
Just Bee Comfort is confident you’ll love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes the pair just doesn’t fit! We offer exchanges/refunds under these conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days, unworn, and in original packaging (including the shoe box and lid).
- Full-priced items qualify for free return postage within Australia (once per order). For sale or clearance items, a $10 postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Items must be purchased directly from the Just Bee Comfort website (not from marketplaces or stockists).
- Footcare accessories are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- Any postage costs paid during the original order are non-refundable.
- Refunds for online orders are processed by our online exchange/return team at the head office. In-store refunds are not available. Exchanges for items of higher value can be completed in-store, with a top-up payment required.
