Can i return my shoes purchased on Just Bee to another stockist (eg. Myer)?
No, you must return the goods back to Just Bee.

How do i locate a shoe I'm after, but isn't online/out of stock?
Please contact Just Bee on online@justbee.com.au with the style name, colour, size and your location.

What happens if no-one is home when the parcel is delivered?
Our courier eParcel requires you to be at the nominated delivery address to accept your order. They will leave a card at your door/mailbox to visit your local GPO to collect the parcel.

Can I exchange my shoes if they don't fit?
Of course, providing the shoes are in their original condition and packaging. We offer free exchanges on purchases but we do have a 30-day returns and exchange policy here.

How long does the return process take?
It will usually take up to 10 working days for returns to come back to the iShoes warehouse depending on the method of return.

When the return is approved for a refund, it will be processed by our Finance team within 3 working days.Depending on your bank, your refund will appear in your account in approximately 1-7 business days.

We may decline to offer a refund if the products are damaged or show signs of wear or do not have their original and undamaged packaging.

I think my shoe is faulty, what do i do?
Please contact online@justbee.com.au, we may request photos of the fault claim prior to approving the return.

We may also consult with the supplier or manufacturer to determine if the item is faulty. If the item is found to be faulty, you will receive a full refund for that item including the delivery charge unless the delivery charge has been previously refunded for that order.

What fitting are Just Bee shoes?
Just Bee shoes are generally c-fitting shoes with some products in the range a wide e-fit and multi shoes, that may be worn with orthotics.
