Step 2: For Full-Priced Items

If your item is full-priced, you will be redirected to our Self-Return Portal. Follow the simple on-screen instructions to generate your return label and complete your return or exchange request.

Step 3: For Discounted or Sale Items

If your item is discounted or on sale, fill out the return form with the required details. Our team will process your request and assist you with the next steps.

- Refunds will be processed in the same manner as purchased, through the same tender type.
- Allow 7-10 business days to process your return once the package has been received and handled.
